 The theatre is located in the
centre of Exeter on Barnfield Road, Southernhay, the building was
converted in 1972 from The Barnfield Hall which was built towards
the end of the 19th century by Exeter Literary Society.
By Car
from Paris Street,
turning south-west by the civic centre and following the one way
system to Barnfield Road, or off New North Road (Inner By-Pass) by
entering either at the far west of Southernhay or at the southern
end of Barnfield Road itself.
By Bus regular buses to Exeter
High Street and Bus Station. The theatre is only a short walk away,
your best route from the High Street is walking straight down to the
end of Bedford Street and Barnfield Road is directly opposite,
across Southernhay. From the Bus Station you should use the route
for cars, off Paris Street (the Civic Centre is opposite the bus
station).By Train to Exeter Central Station, turn left
out on to Queen Street, then via High Street and down Bedford Street
as above. There are also regular buses from Exeter St David's
Station to the High Street
