Lise Olson
Lise is Head of the Postgraduate Programme at the Liverpool
Institute for Performing Arts and pioneer of the use of Estill in
teaching vocal violence. She presented a paper and workshop at the
South Africa Performers Voice and Movement Educators Conference in
September 2000
Her allied interest in stage
combat has led her to pioneer the use of Estill in teaching vocal
violence. She presented a paper and workshop at the Paddy Crean
International Stage Combat Workshop in 1999 on ‘the violent voice’,
and at the South Africa Performers Voice and Movement Educators
Conference in September 2000.
