An overview of
Integrated Voice...
Overview of programme
The programme
is structured in three modules:
Module One
Fundamentals of Vocal Integration
This comprises
in depth work on vocal function, the development of a common
vocabulary and the development of personal skills.
Successful
completion of Module One results in the ‘Certificate of Vocal
Fundamentals’.
Module Two
Advanced Vocal Practice
This comprises
the learning of diagnostic tools, advancing personal vocal
skills and applying the work in teaching practice.
Successful
completion of Module Two results in the ‘Certificate of
Advanced Vocal Practice’.
Module
Three
Specialisation
The programme
concludes with a personal project that represents work at an
advanced level in your chosen field. This practical project is
supported by a written dissertation.
Successful
completion of all three modules entitles you to a ‘Certificate
of Accreditation’ from Vocal Process.
The work is
taught via a number of mandatory units, personal mentoring
sessions, small group seminars and long-distance supervision.
Assessment is via practical work, computer voice analysis,
self-assessment, case studies, observed teaching and written
work. Small group seminars and one-to-one mentoring sessions
are only available to those who are registered on Integrated
Voice. Certain courses are available to those not enrolled on
the full programme. In order to receive certification at each
level you must successfully complete all units, including any
related assignments and assessments.
