Placing an order...
Our new
on-line service allows you to purchase our products and book
places on our courses via a shopping cart/basket.
Stock
availability for products
We will make
every effort to inform you of stock availability at the time
you place your order or shortly afterwards. If, however, some
of the items that you have ordered are out of stock or will
take longer to be available than originally advertised, thus
delaying your order, we will notify you of this change. In
this unlikely event, you will be given the option to be
refunded for the delayed items or to wait until the items
available.
Order
confirmation
Once your
order has been placed you will be send a confirmation email to the
email address included in your order. If you have paid
online by credit card, you will be sent a payment confirmation
email by PayPal (see 'Payment Options/Paying on-line' below).
If your
confirmation email does not arrive please contact
sales@vocalprocess.co.uk.

MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Delta. Payments are made using a
secure system provide by

PayPal.
Your card will be debited when you place the order.
To protect your credit card
number 1shoppingcart.com and PayPal have secure
encryption technology. After completing the checkout process
you will be automatically transferred to to the PayPal
website to complete your
transaction.

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom you can also pay
for products by electronic transfer (account details available
on request) cheque, postal order or bankers draft.
