Cancellations...
Products:
If you wish to cancel an order, then you can do so by emailing
sales@vocalprocess.co.uk
prior to the items being dispatched. After this time, we may have
already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent
out to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order
from being sent and you will have to return it to us once it has
been delivered. Please see 'How to return an item'.
Course reservations:
If you wish to
cancel a reservation for a place on a course please see the terms
and conditions of sale for courses and contact Vocal Process Limited
direct by emailing
info@vocalprocess.co.uk.
